ABOUT ME
I'm a qualified counsellor with a background in psychology — but more than that, my life has been shaped by hardship, healing, and deep faith.
I work from a cognitive behavioural, person-centred approach, combining professional expertise with real-life experience.
Clients often tell me they feel seen and understood — not just because of what I know, but because of how I attend to what they are saying.
I believe clarity is always possible. And even the most painful relationship challenges can become the turning point for growth, healing, and real transformation.
My Qualifications
Doctorate (PhD in Psychology - Otago University NZ)
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Psychology
Diploma in Counselling
Cert in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cert in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Cert in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT)
